Personality: At first Willow’s a bit shy, and guarded, because when she was younger and visiting other planets in her galaxy, alot of the children made fun of her, she was a princess but looked nothing like her parents, or her brother, the only thing that marked her as a princess was the sapphire colored gem on her forehead, which looked exactly like her mother's. Whenever anyone comes near her she hides behind her father or her brother, her mother is usually inside dictating while the two keep her happy. Willow feels that people will make fun of her, she doesn't think she's shy she thinks she's being guarded. But as she gets older she begins to realize she can't depend solely on her father and brother for protection, if she wants to be seen as a princess then she has to project it. She begins to open up to her people and soon the shy little girl they all knew is gone replaced by a strong, confident woman.

Personal History: She was born to the Kesi family, the royal family of her solar system, she was a very distant cousin of the moon kingdom, of Serenity herself. She was originally betrothed to Endymion to combine the two solar systems, but she had learned that Serenity and Endymion were in love, so she had broken the engagement, even though this action breaks her heart, she knows it is the right thing to do...no matter what. When the moon kingdom was destroyed, it had nearly killed Willow to find out her friends, and family were dead, she had shorn off all her hair in her misery as was her planets custom. But when Serenity, Endymion, and the Sailor Scouts are reborn on earth after Queen Beryl is defeated, an enemy of the Gemstonian Galaxy appears and Willow re-treats to Earth to find the legendary Sailor Moon, for without the Silver Emperium Crystal, and the Sapphirian Colossal Crystal they can not defeat the enemy. Willow has yet to find the Sapphirian Colossal Crystal, that would go to her and create her sailor fuku.

Sailor History: She is a princess of her planet, a planet called Sapphiron, in the gem galaxy the Princess and Prince are given guardian’s. She was given hers last as a toddler. Willow went to earth millennium later, after the great battle between Sailor Moon and Pharaoh 90, seeking Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Scouts help to defeat an enemy that had come to her own home planet known as 'The others'. In Willow's planet there is only one rule, and those who break it do not get a second chance and are banished from the planet to another star int he galaxy, the others are those who have been banished, only mutated form their anger and betrayal by their King and Queen. Willow thinks that Sailor Moon can help her and brings over her and the 4 inner senshi along with Mamoru, leaving the other 4 outer senshi to protect the planet while the inner senshi were away. But upon arriving a battle ensues and Willow finds out that Sailor Moon can't defeat them, but when Willow sees Sailor Moon in danger she goes to save her and in turn she ends up being stabbed by one of the other's swords. Having this happen awakens her Sailor Powers in a moment of crisis, and using her own powers she pushes the others back, but only by combining the Imperium Crystal and the Sapphirian Crystal do they actually defeat the enemy on Willow's home planet.

Mission: Keep her Galaxy in order and safe from enemies who may wish to have it.

About the Civilization:

The Dominant Species: Human

Level of Technology: Sapphiron, as a cousin planet to Earth’s moon kingdom provided most of the technology you see on it, or they taught the moon people how to make their own technology when resources on Sapphiron warranted only enough technology to be made on their home planet. They don’t have cars they have hover vehicles, that run on carrot oil, they also have no money, all the money or currency they make is quickly added to a bank account and a scanner on the inside of each civilians left wrist.

Plant Life: Forest’s, they have trees similar to Earth’s own, they just have some differences besides the names. Their most common tree it a red fern, which actually has red leaves. They have grass as well only it doesn’t hold the things that make humans itch so the people can lay and enjoy the day in it, their flowers are bountiful and do resemble Earth’s own, only they’ve actually made some hybrids of earth’s flowers and perfected them to live on their own home world. There are also fruits and veggie’s on the planet.
